Mindfulness In Nature At Langley Vale Wood

Breathe in the fresh air with a mindfulness walk in the woods.

Practice being present in the moment while immersed in nature with our guided mindfulness walk at Langley Vale Wood.

We'll learn about the ways to support your wellbeing with techniques such as forest bathing and mindfulness, as we explore the peaceful settings of this special woodland.

This is a free event but booking in advance via Eventbrite is essential.

Don't forget

Please dress appropriately for the weather and bring sturdy footwear. You may want to bring sun protection, insect repellent and a drink.

There are no toilet facilities on site. The nearest public toilets are in Ashtead on Woodfield Lane (KT21 1AT).

Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.

Price: free, but donations to support the management of our woodlands are welcome.

This surfaced car park has over 70 spaces, including disabled parking and Rolec EV charging for electric vehicles. There is a charge, with all funds going towards the maintenance of Langley Vale Wood. Charges are as follows:

Two hours - £2
Four hours - £4
All day - £5

Payment can be made using a contactless card via the payment machines on site or through the RingGo app. Please note: the machines do not take cash. Remember to allocate enough time for the event (we recommend four hours).
Access: this walk will be approximately 2.5 hours long and will be partly on footpaths and uneven ground with some inclines. It will pass through gated areas and, unfortunately, the route we have planned isn’t suitable for prams or people with mobility issues.
