Enjoy the autumn equinox at Mourne Park with a mindful evening spent in nature.

We'll mark the changing of the seasons with a guided walk through the woodland, followed by a wellbeing-focused pilates session in a peaceful clearing with the sound of the river and local wildlife as our backdrop. The equinox marks the transition from summer to autumn  a perfect time of year to reconnect with nature.
