In 2012 Northwood Forest Hills was transformed from a former forgotten backland into a vibrant natural public open space. Now designated as a Local Wildlife Site, this site boasts new paths, woodland and meadowland habitats for you to explore, as well as a large pond with angling facilities and a valuable marshland habitat. Knowsley Council are keen to work with site users and local residents to manage the site for local wildlife and the community. Contact us on 0151 443 2482 to get involved.
