Longford Farm

Just outside the village of West Calder on A71, heading west the wood is located on the right hand side of the road, a couple of miles outside the village. It is close to West Mains Farm wood. Parking is difficult. Mixed plantation of young trees with wide grass track throughout. Also lots of open meadows areas with a good variety of wildflowers, good for insects. Good views of the surrounding countryside with views of the Pentland Hills.
