Gorse Hall Woodland

Gorse Hall is situated on a hill overlooking Stalybridge and bordering Dukinfield covering approximately 35 acres of woodland and meadow and a pond, with panoramic views over to the Cheshire Plains, the Pennines, and Greater Manchester which can be seen from the highest point of the site. Much of the area is covered with undergrowth which is gradually being cleared to reveal the many features of historical interest.
