Glenwhan Moor

Although the terrain may be difficult, the stunning scenery of Glenwhan Moor more than makes up for its ruggedness. The beautiful views, wildflowers and insect life such as Emperor moths make this very popular with walkers. The moor includes a conifer plantation which is regularly felled, resulting in a dynamic and ever-changing landscape.
