Castle Milk Estate

The wood is in an elevated position, adjacent to hill farms, and has tremendous views across hills and valleys in all directions from most points of the wood. There are two circular walking or cycle routes around the wood. Even though this is a working woodland and there are trees at various growth stages, there are many wild flowers, butterflies, and birds to see. Local parking is difficult, but it is possible to leave a car near Corrie and walk from there. This wood is a feast for the eyes.
