Brindle Heath

This is a surprisingly large area of open grassland and woodland in close proximity, but hidden from, the busy A6. Access is best from Duchy Road, by way of an attractive avenue. There is a children's play area, playing fields and good views from the higher levels. A mixed planting of London Plane, Maples (incl Norway & Crimson) Willow and Lime, together with wildflower areas provides interest and an opportunity to escape the urban environment
