Woodland Trust wood

This is a small but important and well used wood that is prominent in the local landscape. It slopes up from the edge of the River Hayle and overlooks the Hayle Estuary Nature Reserve. It is a steep walk up from the water's edge but there good views across the estuary. It is well used by locals and visitors.
