The Hirsel

The Hirsel Country Park is a combination of country estate, formal park and place for casual visitors. Getting around is straightforward with a series of signed, colour coded walks. There is a lake to enjoy where otters are occasionally seen. In the woods themselves, keep a lookout for red squirrels and ancient trees that complement the historic setting. A great place for a family day out or as a starting point for the longer walks around Coldstream.
