South Lodge Plantation

This fantastic area of mature, broadleaved woodland is easily accessible and a great place to go for a forest adventure or a relaxing stroll. Wildlife abounds, and there's plenty of space for running around, walking the dog among the trees or just enjoying nature. There are some interesting traces of bygone years to be found in the woods, if you look carefully, and there are plenty of activities and refreshments to be enjoyed in nearby Woolsington.
