Shear Burn Plantation

Shear Burn Plantation is close to Camilty Forest just off the A70 close to village of Harburn. The wood is made up of conifers the wood sits up on a hill looking across to Pentland Hills. Great views of the area. Best parking is at Shear Burn car park and it is a walk up them hill. Not easy to do at the moment as there is logging being carried out.
