Queenswood is the only designated Country Park in Herefordshire. It is home to a 67 acre tree collection (arboretum) with over 1,200 rare and exotic trees from all over the world and 103 acres of semi-natural ancient woodland which is designated as a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) and Local Nature Reserve (LNR). Queenswood Country Park and Arboretum is managed by a partnership of local charities: Herefordshire Wildlife Trust and New Leaf Sustainable Development, with support from the Queenswood Coronation Fund.
