Broad-leaved woodland on acid soils bisected by railway line. Diverse habitat includes heathland and wet meadow. Bluebell, lily of the valley, cow-wheat and bilberry. Woodcock and all 3 woodpeckers. Car park in Wood Lane. If you have a Sat Nav you can use post code B94 5JP to find the approximate location of the reserve. Alternatively the reserve car park is located on the Wood Lane between the Earlswood Craft Centre and Earlswood Methodist Church.
