Drum Manor Forest is a small, varied and attractive forest estate near Cookstown. Colourful in spring and autumn with a shrub, butterfly and Japanese garden, arboretum, ponds and mixed woodlands. The forest park has a large car park with toilets, gardens, lawn areas, waymarked trails and forest plots exhibiting a wide range of tree species planted in formal groups. The old manor ruins are used as a location for wedding photography. The forest park is open every day from 10.00 am until sunset, and entry charges apply. Way-marked trails of varying length commence at the car park and form a circular route. There is a self-guided trail with wheelchair access.
