Join the National Trust for a guided tour of Londonthorpe Village, its church and the picturesque surrounds.

Standing on a hilltop overlooking Belton Estate, the village of Londonthorpe is steeped in history dating back to 161AD. The short walk will either take in Bellmount Plantation and, time permitting, Bellmount Tower, or proceed around Londonthorpe and Alma Woods, admiring the sights of Grantham and the Second World War RAF Camp.

The church will be kindly providing refreshments, cake and biscuits.

Together with the National Trust, supported by National Lottery players through the National Lottery Heritage Fund, we've linked Londonthorpe Woods and Bellmount, reconnecting Grantham to its historic landscape.

This is a free event but booking in advance via the National Trust website is essential.

Please dress appropriately for the weather and bring sturdy footwear. You may also wish to bring binoculars.
