Come along to Londonthorpe Woods to discover the region's rich military history on a guided walk.

We'll visit the war graves at Londonthorpe Church and explore Bellmount Plantation, examining the scale of the area's contribution to the war effort during both the First and Second World Wars.

Together with the National Trust, supported by National Lottery players through the National Lottery Heritage Fund, we've linked Londonthorpe Woods and Bellmount, reconnecting Grantham to its historic landscape.

This is a free event but booking in advance via the National Trust website is essential.
