Mair Trees Please: our priorities for the 2026 Scottish Parliamentary election

Ahead of the Scottish Parliamentary election on 7 May 2026, we've identified key priorities for action that will help Scotland's native woods and trees thrive for people, nature, climate and the economy.

We're calling on the Scottish Government to help expand Scotland's native woodland, save Scotland's rainforest, fight the threats facing native trees, recognise and improve tree equity in urban areas, and encourage climate-resilient farms and crofts. In short, we're asking for 'mair trees please'!
