The Grove, Uxbridge
LONDON WILDLIFE TRUST WOOD
This small gem of a nature reserve managed by London Wildlife Trust on behalf of Hillingdon Council, has two ponds and a largely oak woodland, occupying the grounds of a former mansion. Hazel, ash, yew & holly are also present supporting a range of faun and flora, including woodpeckers, warblers and stag beetles. Many wildflowers and ferns add to the atmosphere.
