Daisy Nook

Daisy Nook Wood took us by surprise. It's a lovely, large wood that's well used by local people and was full of families, dog-walkers and horseriders. Nearby is Park Bridge heritage centre (see link) which we need to go back to explore properly. It was pretty muddy so wear good footwear in winter, & some sections have steep steps which may not be great for the elderly or pushchairs. There was also a cafe which we didn't get chance to visit so can't attest to the quality of the cakes (yet!)
