Speaker 1: This is the grassroots garden at Refugee Forum. We meet up at least three times a week to work in the garden. And volunteers are homegrown, they're British, or they're asylum seekers, or they're refugees. They come and they help in the garden.

Speaker 2: Even if you're not gardening it’s a lovely place that's peaceful and quiet. And you can just escape from the noise and everything that’s going on.

Speaker 3: We were planting this hedge today. It’s a little bit educational. Now we know that it’s important to plant a hedge. I want to see them grow. I want to see it growing, just like those we planted.

Speaker 4: So, The Woodland Trust offer a pack of native hedging plants, five different species. You normally get six of each. Just a small bit of root on. So, they're relatively easy to plant. Maybe a bit of watering and weeding obviously, before they become established.

Speaker 1: This is my first experience of ordering a free tree pack and it’s been a great experience. The trees came they were really healthy. Clearly labelled with really clear instructions. You get lots of support if you have any questions. The Woodland Trust get back to you and answer them. And we’ve got the start of a really nice hedge. So, yeah definitely recommend it.
