Kinder Bank

Covering one side of the valley heading towards Kinder Reservoir, Kinder Bank wood forms part of a larger chain of mixed oak woodlands and newer birch plantation. There does not appear to be public access to the wood itself but there is a path which runs along the bottom edge of the wood. A peaceful place to go, this area is popular with walkers and cyclists. Walks round this area offer great views of nearby Kinder Scout and Kinder reservoir.
