Wheeldon Copse lies on the eastern slope of the Frodsham Hill escarpment in North Cheshire. It is just over 2 miles south of the town of Frodsham and about a mile to the east of the village of Alvanley.  This new woodland was planted in 2003 and sown with a native wildflower mix which gives an impressive display of colour in the late spring/ early summer. Public access is available from Manley Road.
