Lineover Wood’s mosaic of ancient woodland, more recent planting and limestone grassland create a diverse habitat that’s a haven for wildlife, and a place where rare plants and fungi flourish. The wood lies within the Cotswold Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and offers breathtaking views across Cheltenham and the Malvern Hills.

The Woodland Trust are carrying out further harvesting work at Lineover Wood to restore the conifer plantations back to broadleaf woodland. Works will be from 2/01/19 – 31/01/19. While works are underway some paths will be closed and visitors are advised to park in the Koloshi restaurant car park next door. The Cotswold Way will remain open. Parking is also available on the A436 layby.

Please follow guidance of all safety signage. Thank you.
