Great Barnets Wood is a woodland of predominantly beech trees on the outskirts of Chepstow. It comes alive in the spring with the smell and brightness of wild garlic and bluebells, which carpet the ground beneath the slender trees. There are a variety of trails around the woodland, mostly on good tracks or quiet lanes with only gentle gradients.
