Urdd Eisteddfod 27 May - 1 June 2024
Join us at one of Europe's largest youth festivals for performing arts competitions, nature-based activities and more fun for all the family.
The Urdd Eisteddfod is heading to the rolling fields of Meifod in Montgomeryshire from 27 May - 1 June 2024.
One of Europe's largest annual youth touring festivals, the Eistedfodd is a celebration of the Welsh language and culture. It involves over 15,000 children and young people under the age of 25, competing during the week in competitions such as singing, dancing and performing.
This year, Coed Cadw (Woodland Trust Wales) will be attending the Eistedfodd and sponsoring the Garddorfa section of the festival - an eco-friendly, artistic area created from natural and renewable materials. Throughout the week, we will also be running a programme of nature-based activities for children and families to get involved in.
