Join us for a walk at Langley Vale Wood and practice mindfulness techniques on our journey.

Studies show that being out in nature can restore a sense of calm and improve wellbeing. At this event, we will take time to reflect and build a practice that you can take with you anywhere.

This is a free event, but booking in advance via Eventbrite is essential.

Don't forget

Come prepared for the weather, including appropriate clothing and suitable footwear. Bring water, sun cream and any medication you may need.

This walk will be cancelled if there is severe weather. Please check your emails on the day before the walk.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or a guardian.
