Tree Charter

We’re the Woodland Trust and this is our privacy policy for Tree Charter Signatories and members of Tree Charter Branches. If you have signed or are planning to sign the Tree Charter, or you have established or are establishing a Tree Charter Branch, where you have provided or will provide us with your personal information, this is for you.

Your privacy is very important to us. We also think it’s important you know how and why we collect, store, and use your personal information. Our privacy policy explains all this, tells you what your rights are, and how to contact us. So please read it carefully.

Changes to this privacy policy

Before we get started, you need to know we’ll update this privacy policy from time to time. This could be because we change how we use your information, or if there are changes to the law. Our Tree Charter website will always have the most up-to-date version. We may contact you about your personal information in other ways too, like email.
