Wandlebury Country Park
Magog Down was purchased in 1989 thanks to the generosity of local people and several grants. This allowed the local people to have free access to the 163.5 acres. Since this time over 20,000 native trees and shrubs have been planted leading to the creation of several small woods within the site. A number of marked footpaths are now in place including one for dog walkers and also an easy access trail with gentle slopes and plenty of rest places.
