By submitting an application you accept that the Woodland Trust will contact you by email, phone and/or post in reference to your application, and to any subsequent tree planting and related aftercare undertaken through the Trust’s planting schemes.

If your application is approved, the Woodland Creation Team will arrange for a representative of the Woodland Trust to visit your site to discuss your proposals and develop a bespoke planting plan, if appropriate. This advice will be provided at no cost to you. You will be under no obligation to instruct the Woodland Trust to implement such plans. However, in the event that you are satisfied with the advice provided by the Woodland Trust and seek to instruct the Woodland Trust to implement the bespoke planting plan the Woodland Trust has created for you, it is important to note that there will be a subsidised charge for the Woodland Trust to provide such services.

Approval for advice does not commit the Woodland Trust to support a given project, financially or otherwise. The decision of the approvals group in relation to your application will be final and no further correspondence will be entered into.

If the Woodland Creation Team are able to assist with the delivery of your project, you will be required to sign an agreement with the Woodland Trust and agree to their terms and conditions before any materials will be supplied. The agreement will summarise the advice given and sets out our terms, the scope of our support, and your own commitments to the project.

If you would like to discuss your proposals or have any queries prior to submitting an application, please contact the Woodland Creation Team.
