The Little Green Sheep
When people welcome in the beautiful gift of new life they can also bring a special gift to nature, thanks to our baby bedding and sleepwear range partnership.
The Little Green Sheep will donate 25p to our cause for every product sold from its “Wild Cotton” range. The money from this licensed product will help us to plant and protect trees.
Our Director of Fundraising Karl Mitchell said:
"We’re delighted to be working with The Little Green Sheep and that sales from every product in its Wild Cotton range will go towards helping us plant and protect trees in the UK. We’re pleased that The Little Green Sheep places a big emphasis on using natural and organic materials and, like the Woodland Trust, has a passion for supporting nature. Of course, it is great too that when people buy these products for their babies they will know that they will also be helping to protect our precious woods and trees for their children to enjoy when they grow up!"
The range has all been made using organic, brushed cotton in grey melange and mint and features gorgeous illustrations of rabbits, bears and woodland, created by illustrator Kate Dolphin.
The new bedding and sleepwear range includes sleepsuits, sleeping bags, knitted blankets, bedding sets and gift sets (Sleepsuit, Hat & Bib); all suitable for 0 to six month olds. The collection also includes cots and cot bed sheets, so babies can enjoy the collection for much longer.
Victoria Coutts, Product & Purchasing Manager at The Little Green Sheep said:
“We are so excited to be launching the Wild Cotton Collection. We’ve truly nurtured this collection as we wanted to offer bedding and sleepwear that is second to none. It’s all made using Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) certified organic cotton, so it’s extremely soft on baby’s delicate skin. We are proud to be working in partnership with the Woodland Trust.”
