As the situation develops, we want to reassure you that we're doing all we can to continue our important work. Trees and woods urgently need our help and we thank you for your support and patience.

We're working remotely to keep things running as smoothly as possible. Our usual level of service may be affected, so please bear with us.

Woodland Trust shop ordering and fulfillment

Our online shop currently remains open for many of our products.

Due to office and some warehouse closures, there may be delays in orders via post and phone for home and garden products, or items from our gifts, books and toys range but we're working to get your orders to you as quickly as we can.

Tree shop

The majority of our trees and tree mixes are now available for purchase. This is after a short period of time during which our tree nurseries temporarily closed, we are now able to accept new orders again. This is only possible after working closely with one of our nurseries to guarantee the safety and health of the staff, whilst also ensuring the safe delivery of saplings to your door.

If you have an urgent query, please call 0330 333 3300 or email and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Our Summer Raffle is now closed. The winners will be announced shortly.

Membership packs

If you have recently become a member, thank you for your support. There are currently delays in getting membership packs out, but please be reassured that we'll do our very best to get these out to you as soon as we can.

Gifts in wills

Office closures mean that you may experience a delayed response from our supporter services teams when placing enquiries with us.

We usually endeavour to respond to gifts in wills queries within two days. Please allow extra time for us to get back to you while we have reduced capacity.

MOREwoods, MOREhedges and community tree packs

We are still taking applications for our funding schemes but it’s taking a little longer than usual to respond. Please allow six weeks for us to get back to you.

Volunteer opportunities and speaker requests

Office closures mean that you may experience a delayed response from our supporter services teams when placing enquiries with us.

Please allow us extra time to respond to your volunteer opportunity submissions and speaker requests while we work at a reduced capacity.

Our organised events have resumed in August 2020. Discover events at our woods, and the festivals and fairs we're attending in the coming months.

Access to nature and wild spaces can be hugely beneficial to our wellbeing in these unprecedented times. We have over 1,000 woods for you to explore while following the government’s social distancing guidance.
