Gavieside Farm

Gavieside Farm wood is on the opposite side of the road from Hermand Birch Wood and right beside the Dogs Trust Rescue home a couple of miles outside West Calder. There are a couple of entrances to woods with limited parking by site. Once in the woods the footpath follows Haywood Water. Footpath is wide to begin and they narrows as it follows water course. A mixture of Scots pine, beech and conifers.Good views looking across to the Five Sisters and the Ochils.
