Repton Shrubs can be accessed from the bridleway that crosses Repton Road at Cherry Tree Cottage or via a Brideway/Cycleway from Bondwood which lies west of Foremarke Reservoir. The bridleway takes an undulating scenic course and is rutted in places which less able cyclists might find tricky. The wood is a mix of pine and newly planted deciduous trees. However there are some fine old oaks. Bluebells abound along with pungent wild garlic. Parking is on verges only and is very limited.
