Research

Volunteers carry out a wide variety of research tasks for the Trust, these are quite often time critical and only run for a short period of time.

A lot of research nowaday involves internet searches as well as visits to libraries and other organisations where data and information is stored.

Some of the skills required to carry out such as task include

  • Ability to carry out comprehensive research
  • Understanding of aims and objectives of the Trust
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Good IT skills and the ability to present the findings in a clear manner
