The Task
To provide administrative support to teams and individual members of staff on a regular basis in one or more of the Trust's departments.
Tasks performed may include answering the telephone, data entry, assisting with mailings and web-based research.
Timescale
Anywhere from a few hours to a few days per week, dependent on your availability and the requirements of the individual or team that you will be working with.
Location
Woodland Trust Head Office, Grantham NG31 6LL
Experience required/desired
- Good clerical skills.
- IT literate and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience of data input desirable but not essential.
Qualities required
- A flexible and methodical approach to work.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the robustness to work in a busy office environment.
- The ability to work on tasks with minimum supervision.
