Andrea and Ian Kidd had a Quaker wedding which meant that friends and family members could get really involved, both in organising it and on the day itself. And choosing woodland dedication as a wedding present was very much part of this group involvement as everyone could donate towards the gift through a Group Wedding Fund.
"Our friends and family seemed to love the idea of donating towards our woodland dedication and enjoyed logging on to the Group Fund to see the contributions come in and read the messages. After the wedding we were delighted to be able to report back through our thank you cards to let them know that we'd been able to dedicate a quarter acre in Tring Park, close to where we live.
"We didn't even know it existed beforehand, so it has been great to get to know a beautiful new (to us) piece of countryside."
