Paper Free Billing helps Woodland Trust plant 1 million trees!
The idea was simple. For every customer who switched to paper-free billing, BT donated a sapling for the Woodland Trust to plant at one of our woodland creation sites across the UK.
Since 2005, BT customers have been doing their bit for the environment switching from paper bills to online billing.
By 2008, over 1 million BT customers had switched to paper-free billing and, as a result, BT donated 1 million saplings for the Woodland Trust.
So, a big thank you to all those BT customers who switched.
