Novamedia/Postcode Lotteries’, the founder of the People’s Postcode Lottery, has been announced as the world’s third-largest private charity donor.
Set up in 1989, Novamedia/Postcode Lotteries’ organise lotteries to raise money for charities. Novamedia/Postcode Lotteries’ have donated over £3.35bn in total, including £451m in 2010.
The Trust in Scotland is a beneficiary of the money raised and since the partnership was announced in November 2010 the Trust have received £240,000 from People’s Postcode Lottery.
