Please fill in our: online form
We have 1,000 tree packs available for groups this autumn, and more packs available for planting in 2012.
What criteria are we looking for?
To be eligible for a free pack, the trees must be planted by a local community group on land that everyone in your area can enjoy and benefit from. We also ask that applicants ensure that their community planting event is an open invite so local people can attend. It is our aim to enable as many people as possible to experience and enjoy planting trees.
Please ask the permission of the landowner before applying. We also require a grid reference or postcode identifying your proposed planting site. We cannot progress your application if this information is missing. How to find a grid reference
Community tree packs are not eligible for planting in private gardens or on land with no public benefit. Your community should be consulted and supportive of your project before you apply.
What happens to your application?
- Applications for Autumn 2011 will close on the 30th September
- Applicants will be informed if they have been successful or not by 10th October, alongside other ways we can help.
- Trees will be delivered to successful applicants at the start of November.
Once the application deadline closes, we will read all the submitted applications and consider each one carefully.
If you encounter any difficulties with our form, please email us at communitytrees@woodlandtrust.org.uk
