About this wood

This site is on the edge of the housing estates at Harpurs Hill. Brook wood is a small planted Woyd on a block of grassland which previously was mown frequently. It has a small stream to the north west, a road to the south and playground to the west with a housing estate to the south on Harpurs Hill. It is fenced off on all sides with post and wire fencing and has three gap entrances to the south. The planted area of 1.5ha allows for wide paths and rides only and it does not have any more open space within.
