About this wood

Planted by local people to mark the millennium, Kentle Wood lies on the western fringes of Daventry, Northamptonshire. About a mile long and narrow, this new native woodland offers good walking opportunities for visitors. A sculptured bench gives views to the west and was chosen by the local community as a millennium feature.
