About this wood

Part of the nationally important Wye valley woods, Little Doward is a landmark with immense character, diverse species, great views and archaeological and geological interest. Its varied geology and management have helped create a varied mix of habitats, some thought unique to the site. Little wonder it’s very popular with locals.
