About this wood

A local landmark, Hardwick Wood sits atop a hill on the outskirts of Plympton village and Plymouth City. It’s a wonderful place for springtime visits, when visitors can enjoy a superb show of bluebell, ransom and campion. Broadleaved trees dominate this ancient woodland site which features two areas of contrasting character.
