Plant trees for privacy

Native trees, shrubs and bushes make great screens for privacy and provide shelter from wind, heat and noise.

They can be planted almost anywhere: gardens, allotments, farms; neighbourhoods and landscapes of any scale, including edging land, providing shade as well as helping to obscure unsightly views.
