The WoodWatch toolkit

Sometimes defeating a threat such as a big housing development can seem like an impossible task.

Did you realise that there are many ways that YOU can stop the destruction of the UK's woods and trees, too?

We need everyone to take action themselves where they can. YOU can be a WoodWatcher for the Woodland Trust.  If you love your neighbourhood trees and woods and want to keep them, take that passion and channel it into something productive!

Often the most effective way to defeat a threat is by working locally with your fellow community members to object to the destruction.

Our WoodWatch toolkit is full of hints, tips and ideas to help you campaign to protect woods and trees.
