Perth and Kinross Council have refused planning permission.
The proposed development for a hotel and leisure resort at the Dall Estate, Rannoch, was the largest single case of threatened ancient woodland that the Woodland Trust had ever encountered.

We strongly objected to this planning application and urged Perth & Kinross Council to refuse the application. We are delighted that they chose to listen, both to us and to the hundreds of individuals who objected, and save this fantastic woodland.
