Salary: £11,700 - £12,750
Position: Part-time permanent role
Hours of Work: 08.30 - 17.00 Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
Location: Grantham
Background:
To ensure fulfilment of orders for membership, dedicate a tree etc. is completed to the required turnaround times. Carry out general tasks in the fulfilment area and post room regarding outgoing mail.
Duties:
• Post Room
Collate and frank post from all departments and prepare bags for collection, completing required documentation
Complete franking analysis spreadsheet
• Fulfilment – support in one or a number of the following areas
Fulfil membership and enquirers packs to required quality standards, ensuring that internal response times and customer expectations are met.
Fulfil all Plant a Tree, Sponsorship and Woodland Creation orders to required quality standards, ensuring that internal response times and customer expectations are met.
Assist with preparation for large mailings.
Operate available laser printing facilities for production of membership cards, certificates, letters and labels.
Printing of Gift Aid report and collation of originals ready for scanning.
Ensure Gift Aid checking and scanning is carried out to required standards.
Carry out general support tasks when required e.g. post opening, lottery ticket preparation, hand packing small mailings.
Experience Required:
• Computer Literate
• Numerate
• Effective team member
Knowledge of some of the following would be an advantage:
• Good standard of education, particularly in grammar, spelling and numeracy.
• Familiar with office practices and procedures.
Qualities Required:
• Good interpersonal and communications skills
• Discretion and maintenance of confidentiality in handing personal data
• Flexible approach and team player, whilst also able to use own initiative
• Well organised with an eye for detail
• Excellent IT skills
• Customer service skills
