Salary: £11,700 - £13,000
Location: Grantham
Contract: Fixed Term - September 2010-End of March 2011 (6 month contract)

Job Purpose:
To process supporter income through data entry and carry out other database/administrative tasks
Duties:
Post Opening: Open and sort all incoming mail following laid down procedures. Scan and upload required products onto database, following laid down procedures
Data Entry: Input supporter details and transactions onto the database following laid down procedures, ensuring that all amendments are carried out. Carry out routine amendments to supporter records from lists provided by IS or other sources
General Administration: Carry out amendments to supporter records. Provide support to other areas within supporter services when require
Experience Required:
- Computer Literate
- Numerate
- Effective team member
Knowledge of some of the following would be an advantage:
- Cute PDF, Docuware, Microsoft Excel, Word and Access
Qualities Required:
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Discretion and maintenance of confidentiality in handing personal data
- Flexible approach and team player, whilst also able to use own initiative
- Well organised with an eye for detail
- Excellent IT skills
