You will have recieved an email from us detailing the tasks we would like your feedback on. The link at the bottom of this page will take you to the form for you to send us your feedback.
We would like you to feedback individually on each question, recording each of the steps you took and pages you visited. For each question we would also like to know how easy you found the task, on a scale of 1 – 5 (where 1 is easy and 5 is difficult.)
Finally, after completing your task feedback, we have a quick survey of seven questions, about the new website overall that we would like you to complete to give us an idea how ready the website is for go live. Please complete our survey.
